Run Club: Lace up your shoes and get ready for a class that not only produces healthy runners but also allows athletes to reach their true potential. Classes combine form work, anaerobic intervals, threshold runs, aerobic runs and strength work to create a complete program that has yielded first time runners, ultra-marathon finishers, marathon champions and everything in between. The group meets Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday at 6:00 AM with Coach Elizabeth & Coach Lee.
Push + Pull: Bulletproof your shoulders and build the chest/back/arms you've always wanted. This is a specialty class designed to deliver ultimate upper body strength while developing the mobility and stability to help prevent future injuries. ENDURABILITY: This 60-minute Specialty class focuses on enhancing movement and recovery. Each class incorporates a combination of soft tissue release and functional mobility based on scientific research.
