That’s why we created the 12 Days of Ruckmas, a simple, fun, travel-friendly workout challenge designed to help you stay active no matter where the holidays take you.

No leaderboard.
No daily bonus tasks.
No pressure to “perform.”

Just you, your ruck (or backpack), and 12 days of consistency.


🎒 What Is the 12 Days of Ruckmas?

The 12 Days of Ruckmas is a holiday workout series built around one idea:
Use what you have, train where you are, and keep your momentum alive through the season.

Each day features a themed ruck + bodyweight workout you can do at home, at a hotel, in your parents’ driveway, or out on a snowy trail. All you need is:

  • A rucksack or weighted backpack
  • 20–45 minutes
  • A little willingness to show up

You’ll be able to follow the workouts through our enduraLAB app, and we’ll share each day’s session on social media as well—so members and non-members can join in the fun.


❄️ Why Rucking?

Rucking is one of the most approachable, effective, and travel-proof training methods around. It builds:

  • Strength (especially legs + core)
  • Cardio capacity
  • Durability
  • Mental resilience
  • Connection (invite family members to join your walk!)

And because you can load a backpack with books, water bottles, or holiday leftovers—it’s always available.


🎁 The 12 Workouts

Every workout has a fun holiday twist—like The Grinch Grind, Frosty’s Weighted Wonderland, Rucking Around the Christmas Tree, and Joy to the Ruck.
Some focus on steady movement, others on intervals or strength, but all can be scaled based on:

  • Your fitness level
  • Your available time
  • Your available space

There’s no wrong way to do them—just do them.

It’s simple:

  1. Open the enduraLAB app
  2. Look for the 12 Days of Ruckmas track
  3. Follow along each day from December 13–24
  4. Share your workouts inside the app or post on Instagram and tag @enduraLAB

This challenge is open to:

  • Current members → accountability + encouragement inside the app
  • Non-members → follow along on Instagram and join the community from anywhere

Our goal isn’t perfection. It’s connection and consistency.
