Born in Los Angeles and raised in Fort Worth, Adonys is ready to bring his high-energy coaching style and deep knowledge of movement to our team. With a passion for fitness and sports, he is all about helping you level up your workout while keeping things fun and exciting.

Adonys was drawn to enduraLAB because of the opportunity to be a part of one of Fort Worth’s original fitness facilities. He’s looking for a “new lease on fitness-life,” and we’re excited to have him on board to bring that fresh perspective and motivation. His focus on quality movement and efficient technique is something we know our members will benefit from as they push toward their fitness goals.
Athletic Background Meets Elite Coaching
A proud graduate of Arlington Heights High School, Adonys played collegiate baseball at both Brookhaven College and LSU-Shreveport. He then took his passion for health and fitness to the University of North Texas, where he earned a B.S. in Kinesiology, Health Promotion, and Psychology. With his diverse sports background, Adonys brings a wealth of knowledge to the coaching table. Whether you’re in a group class or one-on-one training, he’ll ensure you’re moving with purpose and power.
