🍫 What You’ll Need
Ingredients:
- ½ cup natural peanut butter or almond butter (smooth or crunchy)
- 2 scoops Ascent Peanut Butter Chocolate Protein
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- ¾ cup dark chocolate chips (or sugar-free chocolate)
- 1 tsp coconut oil
⚡ Directions
Step 1: Melt the chocolate.
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil in 20-second bursts until smooth. Spoon about 1 teaspoon into each mini muffin liner to coat the bottom. Freeze for 5–10 minutes.
Step 2: Make the filling.
In a small bowl, mix peanut butter, protein powder, and honey. Stir until smooth and thick.
Step 3: Layer it up.
Add a spoonful of the filling onto each chocolate base, then cover with more melted chocolate. Tap the tray gently to smooth out the tops.
Step 4: Chill & enjoy.
Freeze for 15–20 minutes, then pop them out and keep refrigerated.
