2022 enduraLAB Endurance Calendar

We are excited to announce our 2022 enduraLAB Endurance Calendar! Our endurance programming and classes will be geared towards these events. Programming is offered to our members on the SugarWOD app on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. Coached classes are offered at 6am on those days. We look forward to training and completing these events with you!

4x4x48

The 4x4x48 is an endurance event where athletes run or ruck 4 miles every 4 hours for 48 hours. This is not only a physical test but an event that tests your mental strength. For 48 hours, athletes will camp at enduraLAB where they will eat, sleep and recover in between intervals. This year we’re adding a few new ways to get involved - a team version where you and two of your closest friends take on the challenge relay style and a super-sized version for those endurance giants out there. This event benefits the Presbyterian Night Shelter, a homeless shelter in Fort Worth. Mental health is a huge aspect of physical health and something we are very passionate about at enduraLAB, especially with the difficulty of the pandemic. We believe that the Presbyterian Night Shelter’s mission aligns with our values, which is why we chose the PNS as our beneficiary. Last year we raised over $2,370 for the Presbyterian Night Shelter. Our goal is $10k in 2022.



enduraVENTURES - Missoula

enduraLAB first experienced Missoula in 2012 by training and running the full and half Missoula Marathons. We are making our triumphant return 10 years later and plan on adding more adventures and ways to enjoy the great outdoors with our enduraLAB fam.


Like our Colorado enduraVENTURE, we plan on spending a week full of eats, drinks and adventures. There will truly be something for everyone. Below is a rough itinerary.


Monday: Arrival Group Dinner at the Montana Club

Tuesday: Hiking with Group Dinner at the Tamarack Brewery

Wednesday: Rafting with a Late Lunch at the Notorious P.I.G

Thursday: S & C Workout at Montana Fit and Relax by the River

Friday: Golf or a little SUP, Packet Pick Up, Free Missoula 5k Beer Run

Saturday: 5k Race and Shopping, Group Dinner at Pangea

Sunday: Missoula Half/Full Marathon


Summer of Speed 

Get ready to elevate your running! Wake up your inner track athlete in our Summer of Speed series as we show you how speed-focused workouts will help you become faster, stronger, and more resilient.

The 4-week Summer of Speed Series runs throughout July 2022. Each workout will be held on Tuesdays at Arlington Heights High School Track at 6:00 AM. This series is open to the community as a free social run. Expect a dynamic environment, excellent coaching and most of all, a great time! 


Dogs Days of Summer Concept 2  Row Challenge

This challenge calls for completing an increasing number of meters in each of the four weeks of August, starting with 10k the first week and ending with 40k during week four. We’ll be elevating this challenge with weekly workouts, baselines and plenty of coaching to ensure your row form is top notch. Grab your erg and “seas” the day!


enduraLAB Ruck Challenge

We’re bringing a new event to Fort Worth this Fall - the enduraLAB Ruck Challenge! Participants conquer a series of four loops and 3 workouts over 12 hours with a rucksack. Weights are selected according to body weight. Finishers will be rewarded with an event-specific patch.


Turkey Trot 10k

The Turkey Trot is one of our beloved enduraLAB family traditions. This year, we are challenging our members to run the 10k and we have a 10 weeks to 10k program to get you there! Whether this is your first 10k or your 100th, you are sure to see results.
