The BlueWave Weightlifting Club at enduraLAB is dedicated to providing state of the art coaching and programming that will achieve the individual goals of each client while providing an inviting environment that builds a social community within.

On-Site Weightlifting

  • BlueWave offers beginner to advanced Weightlifting Training focused on developing the Snatch and Clean and Jerk, along with all-around strength and mobility.

Online Weightlifting

  • The same program as our on-site training but you can do it at your own home or gym near you.

Schedule & RATES

BlueWave Weightlifting club

  • On-Site Training - $160/mo.

  • Remote Training - $75/mo.

  • Focused on developing the Snatch and Clean & Jerk

  • Recreational or Competitive

  • Includes Accessory Strength and Mobility Training

  • Training Hours:

    • Monday-Wednesday: 5:00 AM-8:30 PM

    • Thursday: 5:00 AM-7:00 PM

    • Friday: 5:00 AM-8:30 PM

    • Saturday: 9:00 AM-1:00 PM

This program is designed to develop strength and skill in the Snatch and the Clean & Jerk. It is broken down into a 3, 4 or 5 day training program that also includes supplemental work like squats, pulls, overhead strength, mobility, and more. This program can be trained both recreationally or competitively. Space is limited!

Gymnastics Fitness

  • On-Site Training $160/mo.

  • Online Training $75/mo

  • Structure: Warm Up, Mobility, Skill, Strength, Flexibility

  • Focused on developing: Handstands, Planche, Front Lever, Back Lever, Single Arm Pull Up, Flag, Pistol Squat, Shrimp Squat along with increased Flexibility and Mobility

  • Equipment Needed: Light Weights for Mobility, Therapy Band, PVC or Dowel, Set of Ring, Pull Up Bar

ONLINE GPP FITNESS

  • Structure: Warm Up, Mobility, Strength, Accessory Strength, Conditioning, Flexibility

  • Focused on developing a little bit of everything!

  • Equipment Needed: A lot. This program is best done in a gym setting.
