The enduraLAB Ruck Club was created to provide an opportunity for our community to improve their fitness outside the gym. Scalable to any fitness level and with the ability to do anywhere, rucking can help you improve your posture, get stronger, increase your endurance and provide a boost to your mental health. It's so simple, yet so good for you.
A ruck is essentially a weighted walk. Grab a rucksack and throw some weight in, and get walking. This is a great alternative to running if that’s not your thing. Every Saturday we meet for some morning miles at 8 am and a ruck workout at the gym right after.
Working out at the gym isn't easy. But getting there shouldn't be hard. enduraLAB is located and easily accessible from all of Fort Worth, TX.
