EL BURN is a 30 minute high-intensity cardio class. We use Concept2 BikeErgs, Rowers, SkiErgs and simple bodyweight movements to deliver a sweaty, full-body workout. Workouts are ever changing, low impact and high energy. You’ll develop endurance, speed, power, coordination and agility with a cardio burst that will leave you burning calories long after your workout has ended.
