GORUCK STAR COURSE TRAINING PROGRAM

Ruck Dallas. That's right, enduraLAB is excited to announce an official training program for the GORUCK Star Course in Dallas. There are no push-ups or smoke sessions, that’s not this event. It's just you, your rucksack, your team and the miles. And it’s not to be underestimated. While these events have a 50% drop rate or higher. enduraLAB athletes have a pass rate of 100%. Take the challenge with us! 

Those who successfully pass will earn the Star Course patch.

  • Early Registration for the Dallas event ends August 12 (link to registration)

  • Must register as a team of 2-5 individuals

  • 3 Dallas Event Distances: 50-Mile, 26-Mile, 12-Mile

  • enduraLAB Training Program Start Date: 50-Mile - 6/8, 26-Mile - 7/6

Join us Saturday, September 14, for our monthly Buds-n-Suds community workout at 10:00 a.m. This workout is FREE and programmed for all fitness levels. Stick around after for some frosty brew from our favorite brewery: Martin House! You do not need to be an enduraLAB member to participate. 

*The regularly scheduled 9:00 a.m. eL FIT class has been cancelled to make room for this monthly community event. The 10:00 a.m. class will be scaled to fit all fitness levels.

We will complete the workouts together at the LAB on Wednesdays at 5:00 AM. These workouts are open to the community.

Ruck weight requirements? We recommend anywhere from 10-pounds if you're new to rucking all the way up to 45-pounds for seasoned pros.

Trail Run at Cedar Ridge

Join us for a trail run at Cedar Ridge Preserve Trails in Dallas. The preserve has about 9 miles of hilly pathways that wind up and down across roughly 600 acres. The landscape is beautiful and we think you'll really enjoy this trail adventure. We will have trail specifics as the date draws closer.

We will meet at the LAB at 6:00 AM and caravan out to the trails, or you are welcome to simply meet us there at 6:30 AM.

Pack water, bring a great pair of shoes and get ready to have some fun! This is a community event. All paces welcome. Please RSVP so that we know you're coming!

We will complete the workouts together at the LAB on Wednesdays at 5:00 AM. We will complete miles on Wednesdays as a group, but you'll be on the hook to complete the bulk of the miles on your own.

Ruck weight requirements? We recommend anywhere from 10-pounds if you're new to rucking all the way up to 45-pounds for seasoned pros.
