Try Weightlifting Day! (FREE)

This is a FREE invite to come tryout weightlifting! Learn from BlueWave Weightlifting Club at enduraLAB head Coach Chris Lofland on how to perform the Power Clean & Jerk along with accessory strength and mobility work.  

This will be a 1-hour course covering:

  • General Warm Up

  • Clean Deadlift - Set up / Proper start position for the clean

  • Clean Pull - Developing the timing / Acceleration

  • Power Clean - Proper execution of the power clean

  • Press - Overhead strength / Proper overhead position

  • Push Press - Proper set up to initiate the jerk

  • Power Jerk - Proper execution of the power jerk
