June GORUCK #ruckingchallenge

Each month GORUCK offers a monthly ruck challenge, and this month we want you to be part of the team! Join us in supporting the Best Defense Foundation by pledging 25-75 rucking miles, completing several rucking workouts and earning a patch.

We will complete the workouts together at the LAB on Wednesdays at 5:00 AM. You will be on the hook to complete the miles on your own. If you would like to do them as a group, email Coach Lee for more information. Ruck weight requirements? We recommend anywhere from 10 lbs if you’re new to rucking all the way up to 45 lbs if you’re a seasoned pro.
