6-Week Power Cycle


The 6-Week Power Cycle is designed to build speed upon your new foundation of strength. We are asking that you keep coming into the LAB 5-10 minutes before the workout to knock out your cardio. Tuesday/Thursday workouts will be the same for all group classes. Here is what you can expect each week:

  • Monday: Power Clean/Deadlift

  • Tuesday: Upper Body Strength Endurance

  • Wednesday: Strength + Speed Focus

  • Thursday: Cardiovascular Focus

  • Friday: Power Snatch + Lower Body Strength Endurance 

  • Saturday: Team Workout
