Where are you originally from? Born in Fort Worth, grew up here, but I also spent a lot of time in South Padre Island, TX.
What brought you to enduraLAB? The LAB is an elite programmed gym that caught my eye a couple years ago. I was ready to coach again, and it seemed like a place I truly wanted to do it at!
Where did you go to school and what is your degree in? I am currently finishing my degree in Humanities.
What do you expect to bring to the table? I have a background of high level training and sports, I’ve trained elite athletes as well. I hope I can help people at the gym workout correctly and provide the coaching that allows them to lift efficiently and sustain high level performance for a long time!
What do you love about the LAB? The community and programming, everyone there loves each other and is ready to work when they’re in the gym! The spectrum of athletes is great from first timers to well seasoned vets, which is always fun.
Goals? Personally- I want to hit PR on PR in all my lifts this year (250 Clean and Jerk, 300 Front Squat, 200 Snatch)
What are you currently reading? Right now I’m reading Lead by Paul Tripp and Total Ownership by Jocko Wilnik
What song is really pumping you up right now? 6:00- Grandson (Live in Toronto)
What is your favorite show/movie? TV Show- New Girl
Movie- there is no way I can pick one off the top of my head!!
What are two things on your bucket list? I’d love to visit New Zealand and Australia. Also-
go to the CrossFit Games.
