Victoria has been at enduraLAB for 2 years. Since joining the LAB she has noticed an increase in stamina and overall confidence. Her favorite event at the gym is Hell Week as she loves the challenge. What brought you to enduraLAB?
At first, just a general health motivation, which turned into something I look forward to every day.
What did your workout routine look like before joining the LAB?
Nothing too extravagant, just basic exercises I already knew how to do.
What healthy changes have you made since joining the LAB?
For one, I enjoy having a daily workout, and it makes me want to eat better as well to maintain my strength.

How have you grown as an athlete since joining the LAB? Brag a little.
I’ve noticed my stamina has improved tremendously, as well my overall confidence.
What is a goal you have set for yourself in the next 6 months?
Just really to continue and push myself to stay as fit and healthy as I can be.
What is your favorite enduraLAB event or program?
Hell week has been my favorite thus far.
What advice would you have for a new person starting at enduraLAB?
Stay motivated, and always believe that you can achieve your next greatest goal.
If we had a workout in honor of you, what would it be called and what would it consist of?
You Better Work Bitch- lots of squats, lifting, and looking in the mirror to perfect your form.
