What brought you to enduraLAB? I really just needed a gym closer to home!
What did your workout routine look like before joining the LAB? I did Boot Camp 3 days a week and Camp Gladiator 2 days week.
What healthy changes have you made since joining the LAB? I’ve started to incorporate more vegetables in my diet
Tell us what you do outside of the LAB? I am a Register Dental Assistant, wife, and a mother of three. I spend a lot of time watching my youngest play ALL her sports!
How have you grown as an athlete since joining the LAB? Brag a little. I am definitely stronger physically and mentally. When it’s a challenge, I focus on doing what people say I can’t!
What is a goal you have set for yourself in the next 6 months? I’d like to shed some pounds and gain more muscle.
What is your favorite enduraLAB event or program? I haven’t had a chance to attend many events, but I have had the chance to Ruck and I really enjoy that group.
What advice would you have for a new person starting at enduraLAB? Jump in and get ready to meet lots of supportive friends and knowledgeable coaches to help you achieve your goals!!
Favorite cheat meal/restaurant in D/FW? Currently it is Pappadeaux Alaskan King Crab

Any final words or thoughts? There is something at the LAB for every athlete at every level to challenge and make your goals attainable.
