What brought you to enduraLAB? I originally joined enduraLAB after coming to some classes through ClassPass. I left for a bit due to switching jobs, but after coming back to this side of town I knew I wanted to rejoin.
What did your workout routine look like before joining the LAB? My workout routines were very sporadic, just fit in what I could here and there. Nothing consistent like enduraLAB.
What healthy changes have you made since joining the LAB? I pay a lot more attention to how food and workouts affect my body. Being more in tune helps me know when I can push myself and when I need a rest.
Tell us what you do outside of the LAB? I spend most of my time chasing after a very busy 1.5 year old :)
How have you grown as an athlete since joining the LAB? Brag a little. I'm stronger and more confident in my ability to push myself out of my comfort zone. I also make fewer modifications with each class I attend.
What is a goal you have set for yourself in the next 6 months? Work on my deadlift form so that Roman doesn't cringe with every lift haha !!!!
What is your favorite enduraLAB event or program? The Holiday Hustle, it keeps me accountable during the holidays and I like the excitement of a challenge.
What advice would you have for a new person starting at enduraLAB? It might be scary at first, but just remember we all started in the same place.
Favorite cheat meal/restaurant in D/FW? Nothing Bundt Cakes!
Current read / podcast? I'm getting my MBA, reading a Managerial Econ Textbook isn't the most thrilling read….
Pump up song? Currently, Lil Bit by Nelly and Florida Georgia Line
Any final words or thoughts? Joining enduraLAB is one of the best decisions I've made, it's not just the workouts that keep me coming back but it's the coaches and the community you're a part of there.
