What brought you into enduraLAB in the first place? I wanted a small gym that had personal training, and a friend had heard about enduraLAB through another friend and recommended it!
How did you exercise before enduraLAB? Hardly exercised before the LAB. I jumped around from different workouts like Camp Gladiator, Orange Theory and Zyn22, but never found anything that really motivated me like enduraLAB has!
What healthy changes have you made since starting enduraLAB? Oh my gosh, so many healthy changes thanks to Coach Roman and Coach Lee! My eating habits have completely changed (minus Thanksgiving), and my workouts are now very consistent! I haven’t felt this good in a long time.
Tell us what you do outside of the LAB? I work in the fundraising department at TCU, and I am in grad school at TCU getting my masters in Counseling.
How have you grown as an athlete since joining the LAB? I have grown in my strength and endurance!
What advice would you have for a new person starting at enduraLAB? Prepare for a lot of fun and a new family!
Where did you go to college? Texas A&M for my undergrad and I’m at TCU in graduate school.
