Spring Break is right around the corner and sweatshirts are about to be a thing of the past. Time for tanks, tans and tightening up ;). We are so excited to introduce to you our enduraLAB Buns and Guns Program! Participants will learn to perform various exercises and skills (squats, deadlifts, presses, rows, etc) by creating mechanically sound techniques and developing positions to enable a greater expression of strength.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:
ACCESSORY AND SKILL WORK THAT SPECIFICALLY ADDRESSES THE GLUTES AND ARMS/UPPER BACK
We are going to spend special time and attention on firming/lifting the booty and toning the arms to eliminate any unwanted jiggle. Perfect for swimsuit season!
FINE TUNING SKILLS THAT WILL INCREASE SPEED AND EFFICIENCY IN WORKOUTS
We will build a strong foundation in movements to increase strength in pull ups, squats, and other movements we often see in the gym.
You will be proud to shed the layers and generally feel amazing and strong. Not to mention, you’ll make a few new friends in this small group course.
Buns ‘N Guns begins on February 15th. You will have class Tuesdays at 3:30pm and on Saturday at 7am for 4 weeks.
All classes will be in person at the gym. We get it, life happens, so if you can’t make it, we will send you a video that covers the workout of the day. Then you can complete it during open gym or wherever you have the correct equipment. Ideally, you’ll be in person at least one time per week.
Tier 1: Four-week course + 1 30-minute skills session—$210
Tier 2: Four-week course + 2 30-minute skills sessions—$260
Tier 3: Four-week course + 4 30-minute skills sessions—$360
IS THIS PROGRAM FOR ME?
If you want to tone up and get stronger upper body/glutes AND are willing to put in the work, then YES! All strength and skill work can be modified to fit your current level.
