Spring Break is right around the corner and sweatshirts are about to be a thing of the past. Time for tanks, tans and tightening up ;). We are so excited to introduce to you our enduraLAB Buns and Guns Program! Participants will learn to perform various exercises and skills (squats, deadlifts, presses, rows, etc) by creating mechanically sound techniques and developing positions to enable a greater expression of strength.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:
ACCESSORY AND SKILL WORK THAT SPECIFICALLY ADDRESSES THE GLUTES AND ARMS/UPPER BACK
We are going to spend special time and attention on firming/lifting the booty and toning the arms to eliminate any unwanted jiggle.
FINE TUNING SKILLS THAT WILL INCREASE SPEED AND EFFICIENCY IN WORKOUTS
We will build a strong foundation in movements to increase strength in pull ups, squats, etc.
You will be proud to shed the layers and generally feel amazing and strong.
Starting February 12th, Tuesday’s at 5pm and Saturday at 8am
