What brought you into enduraLAB? What were your initial goals? I was looking for a great group workout with coaches that would give feedback. Coach Mark told me about enduraLAB. My goals started off getting stronger while checking making sure my form is correct.
How have your goals evolved since being at the LAB? I'm working with Coach Isis though the Nutrition Program to adopt a healthy lifestyle.
Tell us what you do outside of the LAB? I'm an 8th grade U.S. History teacher.
What is a goal you have set for yourself in the next 6 months? Next 6 months I want stay consistent with my workouts, continue with my running, and learn to maintain healthy eating habits.
What advice would you have for a new person starting at enduraLAB? The workouts can be difficult, especially at first, but they get better as you get stronger.
