At enduraLAB we know that athletes are intimidated starting a new gym or program. With this in mind, we created a foundational program to ensure a solid start in your journey to better health and fitness. The workouts are designed to challenge you, but not leave you crumpled on the floor and so sore you can’t move the next day. The nutrition is created to not completely change your current eating habits, but to make small impactful changes. And the mobility is designed to help you move and feel better. Small changes, when applied consistently, lead to big results!

FOUNDATIONS ALLOWS FOR PRIVACY AND IS IDEAL FOR SHY ATHLETES

Feeling a bit shy about jumping into a gym membership with strangers? Nervous about having a trainer watch you workout? No problem! While we do think it’s best to be in the gym and guided by a professional coach, we totally get that it can be nerve-wracking. Our convenient online app lets you work out while enjoying some anonymity while you get comfortable. (Can’t do that in the gym!)

FOUNDATIONS MAKES THE TECH EASY

For those that are daunted by the tech requirements, we promise you, it’s easier than you might think. Simply download the TrueCoach app and BAM! Check the app for your fitness and mobility workouts with videos explaining all you need to know. Emails will be sent weekly for nutritional focus. That’s it! (Minus the Instagram progress posts…but that’s optional 😉 #eatsleependuralabrepeat)

Sure, you can still complete your workouts on your own schedule (which is awesome). But, you’ll also have an entire team of coaches checking in on you. We are available to answer questions and encourage you along the entire program.
